Female fetus delivered prematurely at 24 weeks due to premature rupture of membranes and labor, liveborn but died in immediate neonatal period. Autopsy found hemihypertrophy, macroglossia, and a very heavy placenta at 560g. Cystic mass noted in pancreas.
