Tibial lesion in young child

22 y/o female with stomach ache

46 y/o female. Bilateral ovarian tumors, one 8.0 cm, the other 3 cm. Solid & cystic.

Middle-aged woman, uterine mass

Intrauterine fetal demise at 22 weeks.

Preterm delivery at 30 weeks

Associated with an increased risk of cerebral palsy.

Delivery at 38 wks with HIV+ mom, intrauterine growth restriction, and heavy placenta

Twin at term; nodule noted in dividing membrane

Female fetus delivered prematurely at 24 weeks due to premature rupture of membranes and labor, liveborn but died in immediate neonatal period. Autopsy found hemihypertrophy, macroglossia, and a very heavy placenta at 560g. Cystic mass noted in pancreas.

G4P2, gestational age 40.7 weeks, meconium-stained fluid, GBS negative. Placental parenchyma.

49 y/o F referred for evaluation of newly detected left adrenal mass. Because of microscopic hematuria, she underwent evaluation with CT scan of abdomen/pelvis and cystoscopy. CT scan detected a right adrenal mass.
